Persian:
Persians are a medium to large sized cat
with a short cobby body, short tail & small ears. Their coats are long and require continuos combing. They have a definite nose break and an overall round look to the face.

Selkirk Rex:
The Selkirk Rex is a medium to large cat. The coat is soft and curly. They are mild tempered and fun loving cats. Selkirks' are not fully mature until the age of 2.
They come in Long or Short coats and in a variety of colors, with the first Selkirk carrying the color point gene.
